What TradeFlow is built to do.
A clear overview of the platform, its structure and the distinction between your private business workspace and the customer-facing website you create with TradeFlow.
TradeFlow in simple terms
TradeFlow is a multi-tenant Buy & Sell business platform. A subscribing business gets a private workspace for its operations and can create a separate customer-facing website for its own customers.
Two connected layers
Your private business workspace
This is where the subscriber manages buying, inventory, selling, customers, orders and other operational functions according to the plan and permissions assigned to the business.
Your customer-facing website
This is the public website belonging to the subscriber's business. It is configured from the subscriber workspace and is separate from the TradeFlow marketing homepage.
Core platform principles
- Each business operates within its own tenant boundary.
- Subscriber staff access is controlled by business membership and permissions.
- Customer accounts are separate from subscriber staff accounts.
- Product information follows a controlled operational flow rather than duplicated records.
- The Website Builder is intended to let each business configure its own customer-facing presentation.
Current commercial status
TradeFlow currently launches with one commercial plan. Older plan structures remain in the platform as historical/internal records and are not offered as customer-facing choices. Recurring Stripe subscription billing is being configured separately from the TradeFlow operational workflows.
Examples
The website previews shown on the TradeFlow marketing pages are illustrative examples of what different business types could look like. They are not claims that those businesses are TradeFlow customers.
