The framework for using the TradeFlow platform and TradeFlow-powered business services.
1. About these terms
These terms are intended to describe the basic framework for access to TradeFlow. The final production agreement will identify the contracting entity, subscription prices, payment terms and other applicable legal details.
2. TradeFlow service
TradeFlow provides software tools that may include business management, buying, inventory, selling, customer accounts, fulfilment, website-building and related functions. Available features depend on the applicable plan, permissions and service configuration.
3. Subscriber accounts
A subscriber is responsible for information supplied when creating an account and for keeping account credentials secure. Subscriber users must only use the access granted to them by their business.
4. Business content
The subscriber remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of content, products, images, descriptions and other material they place into their TradeFlow workspace or customer-facing website.
5. Customer transactions
Where a subscriber uses TradeFlow to operate a customer-facing Buy & Sell service, the subscriber is responsible for its own products, pricing, customer terms, fulfilment and returns processes, subject to applicable law and any final TradeFlow service terms.
6. Service availability
TradeFlow is a software service under active development. Features, integrations and interfaces may change as the platform is developed, maintained and improved.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not use TradeFlow for unlawful activity, to interfere with the service, to attempt unauthorised access, or to upload material that they do not have the right to use.
8. Data and privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the TradeFlow Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
9. Contact and final terms
The final production version of these terms will contain the TradeFlow contracting entity, registered details, support contact, subscription cancellation rules, liability provisions and other required legal clauses.
