Business settings
Manage the business information customers see and the settings that support your TradeFlow account.
Business details
These details are used by the customer-facing website. TradeFlow keeps the website structure and customer account controls in place; you control the information shown in the business profile.
Your business email
Just enter the email address your business uses. TradeFlow will use it for important business notifications and as the reply address for customer emails.
You do not need to configure SMTP, mail servers or individual notification switches. TradeFlow handles the technical email setup for you.
Website branding
Your customer-facing logo and website banner are now kept together in one place: Website Builder → Branding. This avoids having the same branding controls in two different areas.
Your business name and customer-facing business details remain here in Business Settings. Website Builder controls the logo, homepage banner, templates, colours, backgrounds, typography and page content.
Website URL
Manage the customer-facing domain separately from the website design.
Shipping services
Shipping provider connections are managed from the dedicated Shipping Settings workspace. Connect your couriers there once; connected services then become available when creating shipping labels in Buying.
Customer payment provider
Choose the payment provider you want customers to pay through. TradeFlow provides the setup instructions, official account links and a small checklist for each provider.
You do not need to enter API secret keys into TradeFlow. First create and verify your provider account. Then record the non-secret account details or payment link TradeFlow asks for. Direct provider checkout connections are enabled separately as each provider integration is completed.
